This past weekend was an adventure but not camping or hiking or anything to do with the mountains- it was quite the opposite! This past weekend we hiked at Stonewall Peak in east San Diego. There was lots of snow on the ground and I’ve never hiked in the snow. I was walking through the snow and when I stepped down, my ankle scrapped along a rock. I know it doesn’t look like much but it hurt! Continue reading

This weekend we picked a new spot to hike to: Lake Ramona. It was a fun 6 mile hike that had an awesome incline at the end- great for an killer butt workout! Some of the guys added 25-40 extra pounds in their packs because they love working out way too much! 🙂 It was a great hike to bring the dogs because it was really open and their is a lake for them to swim in!
