This past weekend was an adventure but not camping or hiking or anything to do with the mountains- it was quite the opposite! I’m not one for getting all mushy and celebrating Valentines Day full out BUT I wanted to share with you MY two Valentines… My Boyfriend (who has an amazing beard by the way) and our precious dog, Maddy! No matter what we do, whether its camping or hiking, we all do it together and have a blast! Ok, no more mushy love stuff!

I was at physical therapy this morning and the topic of staying positive came up. Some many walks of life come into that single door at Physiotherapy in Santee, California. War veterans, post-surgery patients, athletes, and myself- an 8-time knee surgery champ!
