This has nothing to do with camping but…
I was at physical therapy this morning and the topic of staying positive came up. Some many walks of life come into that single door at Physiotherapy in Santee, California. War veterans, post-surgery patients, athletes, and myself- an 8-time knee surgery champ! I was talking with a gal who had shoulder surgery and she was saying that staying positive is the only thing you can do when something happens. I fully agree! I have EXTREMELY bad knees and for the past 6 years, I have had at least 1 knee surgery a year ( I am 27). My motto has always stayed the same: if having bad knees is the only thing I ever have to deal with in life then I consider myself lucky! There is always someone out there that has it much worse. Try to stay positive and remember that there is nothing in life that is too tough to handle ( or I like to see it as God never gives you anything you can’t handle). Pass on as many smiles as you can today and rather than bring attention to your misfortunes, try to bring attention to your positive attitude and encouragement to others!
