Girl survives 6 days on Oregon mountain

Mary Owen, 23, thought she would enjoy a nice hike by herself on March 24, 2013. With whiteout conditions, she soon found herself lost on Mount Hood in Oregon. Owen slipped and fell about 40 feet, fracturing her ankle. She then built a snow cave and lived off of nutri-grain bars, even using the wrappers to start a fire.
