On Wednesday late afternoon, the Governor of California, Jerry Brown, declared a state of emergency for San Diego county. With Santa Ana winds and temperatures rising to almost 100 degrees, San Diego county had 9 wild fires breakout- 7 of them were within 5 hours of each other.
