Founded by the American Hiking Society, National Trails Day® (NTD) is a celebration of America’s magnificent Trail System, occurring annually on the first Saturday in June. I wish we had a similar celebration here! I’ll be thinking of all the hikers across the pond when I start my Snowdonia hike tomorrow! 🙂

We celebrated NTD without even knowing it! : ) As our youngest gets older we’re hoping to do more hiking and maybe some backpacking too.

I didn’t know and I was camping this weekend but didn’t get a chance to hike!! I was busy hiking up and down quite a steep hill to the cooler though!
